Mr. William N. Billie entered into eternal rest on Thursday,
November 12, 2020 at Agape Hospice House, Lexington, SC.
Born on Thursday, September 13, 1962 in Clarendon County, he was a
son of Lou Ida DuRant Billie and the late Sammie Lee Billlie, Sr.
William attended the public schools of Clarendon County. He was
employed as a carpenter.
In accordance with the requirements given by the CDC in reference to
the COVID-19 pandemic, the family is not receiving relatives and friends at
Mask are required for both viewing and the Graveside Service. No more than ten
people at a time will be allowed in the funeral home for viewing.
If anyone in your family is ill, please ask them to stay home during the funeral
service. We understand this is a difficult request; however, it is imperative that we
take every precaution to prevent the spread of illness and disease.
We strongly recommend that all persons continue to follow the guidelines of social
distancing; refraining from shaking hands, hugging, and kissing.
