Mr.  Joe L. "CP" Oliver was born in Clarendon County on August 11, 1941 to the
late James Oliver and Wilhemina Thames Oliver.  He was the husband of Mary Frank
Oliver.

     He entered into eternal rest on Saturday, November 24, 2018  at McLeod Health-
Florence, Florence, SC.

     He was preceded in death by; two brothers, Thomas Oliver and James Oliver, Jr.
and two sisters, Mattie P. Garvin and Lillie M. Hines.

 He  leaves to mourn his passing, his wife, Mary Frank Oliver; six children, William
Frank of Fort Worth, Texas, Betty Ann Sutton of Williston, SC, Louis (Stephanie) Oliver,
Leah Oliver and Willie Lee (Sharon) Oliver, all of Summerton and Joey (Sondra) Busby
of  St.Paul, SC; a brother, Sampson (Deloris) Oliver of Summerton, SC; three sisters,
Wilhemina (Matt) Matthews and Margaret Oliver,both of New York, and Mable (Leroy)
Simmons of Summerton, SC; 15 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and a host of
other close relatives and friends.

 The family is receiving friends at the home of his wife, Mary Frank Oliver, 1154 Dinah
Montgomery Road, Summerton, SC.
