Deacon Frank Caldwell was born in Clarendon County on  Monday, July 5, 1937
to the late Nathan Caldwell and Alfair "Daughter" Jones Caldwell.  He was the husband
of Shirley Spann Caldwell.

       He was a member of Taw Caw Missionary Baptist Church, where he served as a

 He entered into eternal rest on Friday, February 1, 2019  at McLeod Health-
Clarendon, Manning, SC.

       Deacon Caldwell was preceded in death by siblings, Nathan, Harold, Herbert,
Mary and Dorothy .

    He  leaves to mourn his passing, his wife, Shirley Spann Caldwell; two children,
Bruce Caldwell and Cynthia Eva (Javan Hunter) Jones-Caldwell; three sisters, Rosalee
Tolbert, Fannie Talford and Katie Mae Caldwell; two grandchildren, Shawnte
(Shaun)Jones-Spruell and Edward M. Jones, II  and a host of other close relatives and
